We will respond to a ticket raised on the helpdesk or an email to guqfacilities@georgetown.edu within one working day. For any tasks that take more than a week to resolve we will update you every week.

Spring 2025 – Entrance Timings
Entrance Timings:
The GU-Q Building is accessible 24 hours a day.
Visitors can access the building from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Building Entry and Exits are as follows:
Main Entrance (Library) 7 am to 12:00 am (midnight)
VIP Entrance 7 am to 12:00 am (from the Auditorium side: enter/exit 24/7; for access, use/swipe GUID).
Car Park 1 (underground) 6:30 am to 4:00 pm (access after 4 pm, use/swipe GUID; exit 24/7.
0A11 Glass Entrance 8:00 am to 11:30 am (weekdays only)
Loading Dock 24/7 entry & exit.
Who is your FM Ambassador?
An FM Ambassador works with a particular department to better communicate between Facilities Management and the department. Every department has a designated ambassador.

Event Management
The Events Team offers one-stop shop service to help you plan and execute your event. Once you place an event request, we will coordinate with Building Operations, AV, Procurement, Communications, Transportation, and QF on your behalf to ensure a hassle-free process for you.
