Liaison with QF City Operations and HSE

GU-Q Facilities Management liaise with different departments/divisions within, their remit, in order to ensure effective and timely provision of relevant services, resolution of issues and concerns as they arise, and/or reported. Those divisions mainly include:

  1. City Operations: Main service divisions include Operations & Maintenance, General Services and Security Services. Permit-to-work system also falls under operations & maintenance.
  2. Capital Projects Department (CPD): The main working partner includes Planning & Development (P&D) who provides planning, design and execution for all of major infrastructure projects in the building.
  3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): All health, safety, environment and sustainability related matters are coordinated through HSE Department.
  4. Community Development (CD)
  5. Risk & Insurances
